• To ensure accurate diagnosis and timely reporting of imaging findings.
• To correlate ultrasound findings with clinical history and other diagnostic investigations.
• To communicate significant or urgent findings promptly to treating physicians.
• To maintain ultrasound equipment and ensure proper utilization.
• To participate in departmental meetings and quality assurance programs.
• To maintain accurate patient records and imaging archives.
• To maintain high standards of patient safety, privacy, and comfort during examinations.
• To ensure compliance with hospital policies, accreditation standards, and relevant regulations.
• To stay updated with advances in diagnostic imaging and ultrasound technology
• To coordinate with other Depts and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• To work closely with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care.
• To carry out tasks assigned by the competent authority.
