Basic Computer Skill

·         Review, verify, and dispense inpatient and outpatient medications with the correct drug, dose, route, and timing.·         Check physician orders for safety risks, drug interactions, and special dosing adjustments.·         Rapidly supply emergency and life-saving medications, especially during night shifts and ICU cases.·         Strictly follow handling, storage, and documentation rules for narcotics and controlled drugs.·         Maintain shift inventory and ensure proper storage conditions, including cold-chain and high-alert items.·         Track expiration dates regularly and restock crash carts and emergency boxes.·         Deliver clear shift handovers covering pending tasks, critical patient updates, and stock issues.·         Advise doctors and nurses on drug availability, dosing, and administration.·         Comply fully with hospital policies and national pharmacy regulations.·         Document and report medication errors, near-misses, and adverse drug reactions.·         Supervise and review the work of pharmacy technicians and assistants.·         Complete other duties assigned by management.
