• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration (BBA/MBA), or any relevant discipline.

• At least 3 years

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven working experience specifically in the ISP (Internet Service Provider), IIG (International Internet Gateway), or NTTN (Nationwide Telecommunication Transmission Network) industry.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the retail broadband market, local internet consumer behavior, and ISP sales/marketing dynamics.
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in executing field-level marketing campaigns and basic digital marketing.
• Attributes: Target-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working independently or leading a small field marketing team.

• Retail Market Expansion: Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to acquire new retail broadband/internet subscribers and drive revenue growth in the Sylhet region.
• Brand Visibility: Enhance company brand awareness through localized campaigns, leafleting, BTL (Below-the-Line) activations, and digital promotions.
• Customer Acquisition & Retention: Identify target customer segments, analyze competitor activities, and design attractive retail packages or promotional offers.
• Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders, housing societies, and retail partners to facilitate seamless network deployment and sales.
• Market Research: Monitor telecom/ISP market trends, competitor pricing, and consumer behavior to provide actionable insights to management.
• Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports, tracking ROI on various campaign initiatives.
