Minimum Graduation in any discipline from any reputed institution.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital

• For Operator: Minimum 03 years of experience in relevant field.
• For Supervisor: Minimum 07 of years of experience in relevant field.
• Experience of working in a corporate hospital would be an addition advantage.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:• Monitor CCTV cameras and critical hospital areas continuously to ensure patient, staff, visitor, and property safety.
• Identify and promptly report suspicious, abnormal, unauthorized, or emergency activities to the concerned authority.
• Monitor hospital entrances, restricted areas, parking and vehicle movement, and maintain proper incident/observation logs. Ensure proper functioning of CCTV systems and maintain the confidentiality and security of recorded footage.
• Supervise CCTV Operators, ensure proper shift coverage, handover, reporting, and effective coordination with the Security/Duty Manager.
