| Responsibilities |
We welcome applications from both experienced candidates and fresh Civil Engineering graduates who are eager to build their careers in construction quality management.Key Responsibilities• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure construction works comply with approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.
• Inspect construction materials, equipment, and workmanship to verify compliance with approved specifications and applicable standards.
• Monitor the quality of civil and finishing works, including concrete, brickwork, plastering, tiles, painting, doors, windows, and other construction activities.
• Verify dimensions, levels, alignment, and workmanship against approved drawings and project specifications.
• Prepare and maintain daily QC reports, site inspection reports, checklists, and photographic records of identified defects.
• Identify non-conformities and workmanship defects, report them to the concerned personnel, and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
• Follow up on rectification works and verify that identified defects have been properly resolved.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project In-charges, and other relevant teams to resolve quality-related issues.
• Review approved drawings, technical specifications, and relevant project documents before and during site inspections.
• Assist in preparing quality control plans, inspection and test records, material inspection records, and other quality-related documents.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with established quality procedures and relevant safety requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation of inspections, non-conformance reports (NCRs), corrective actions, and rectification status.
• Participate in site meetings and provide regular updates on quality issues, inspection findings, and corrective actions.
• Perform regular site visits and report quality-related observations to the QC management team. |
