Responsibilities

• Develop DJDC retail store operation standards
• Train sales staff and store managers
• Develop sales scripts and training materials
• Plan monthly sales campaigns
• Monitor retail store performance
• Analyze sales data
• Conduct field visits and store inspections
• Support dealer development
• Develop dealer and store training systems
• Improve sales conversion and customer management.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports
