• Ability to audit on factory production, consumption, Material In-Out under bond warehouse etc.
Responsibilities
100% Export Oriented Packaging & Accessories• Materials inventory and audit.
• Check and post handover documents/vouchers.
• Record petty cash entries in EBS and Tally.
• Record IOU cash entries in Tally.
• Enter freight bills and maintain provisions in Tally.
• Process freight bill payments through EBS.
• Enter procurement bills in EBS and Tally.
• Collect and attach money receipts with relevant documents.
• Organize and package vouchers for submission to Internal Audit.
• Scan and maintain vouchers for proper record-keeping.
• Assist with cheque entries when required.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by senior management.
