Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor civil construction and Interior works.
• Prepare and modify drawings using AutoCAD and relevant design software.
• Prepare and review BOQ, estimates, work schedules, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams.
• Ensure work quality, safety, and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports.
• Purchase materials and review materials, finishes, and design details.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
