• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, BSC, Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline.
• Candidates with relevant experience in the HVAC industry will be preferred.
• Candidates with educational background in Electrical Engineering / Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE) will also be preferred.
• Relevant professional training/certification in Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage.

• Experience in HVAC will be highly preferred.

Job Responsibilities:• Develop and execute purchasing plans based on project and company requirements.
• Source reliable local and international suppliers and negotiate competitive prices.
• Obtain and compare quotations, ensuring quality and cost effectiveness.
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain purchase records.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding delivery schedules, quality, and payment terms.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely procurement of materials and equipment.
• Coordinate with Sales, Technical, Accounts, and Logistics teams.
• Verify received materials against PO specifications and quantities.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Ensure procurement is completed within budget, quality standards, and deadlines.
