Responsibilities • Overseeing a 24-storied building’s maintenance and repair activities including fire prevention equipment
• Supervision of a group of security and technical people.
• Routine maintenance and preventive action
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
• Capable of completing the task with minimal supervision and developing maintenance procedures
• Any other assignments given by the senior management time to time as and when required
Other Facilities Salary and other benefits: Negotiable and commensurate with qualifications and experiences.
