• Monitor daily Water vessel movements, operational status and turnaround times across the fleet and reports.
• Examine voyage reports and engine logbooks, reports variances in operation against standards and inputs data into the Oracle system.
• Assist in tracking fuel consumption, bunker supplies, and inventory levels for all Water vessels.
• Communicate timely operational updates and instructions to vessel Masters and onboard crews.
• Collect and organize crew documents, certificates etc. and compliance records as per regulatory standards and original COC of Master/Driver on board all the time.
• Prepares periodic summary reports on fleet utilization, cargo handling volumes, operational delays, etc.
