• Ability to develop and maintain dealer relationships.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email communication.
• Must have a positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.

• Develop and execute sales and marketing plans for Lead Acid, Dry, Water, Lithium and Solar batteries.
• Visit dealers, distributors, retailers, corporate clients and potential customers regularly.
• Develop new dealers and expand the company's existing dealer network.
• Maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers and customers.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Promote company products and communicate product features, benefits and applications to customers.
• Monitor market demand, competitor activities, pricing and product availability.
• Collect market information and provide regular reports to management.
• Generate new leads and convert potential customers into business opportunities.
• Follow up on quotations, customer inquiries, orders, payments and after-sales requirements.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Service and Technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Participate in dealer meetings, product demonstrations, exhibitions and promotional activities.
• Provide market feedback and recommendations for improving sales performance.
• Travel within the assigned territory as required.
