• Strong professional network with government officials, MPs, political leaders, and relevant sources.
• Excellent Bangla writing and reporting skills.
• Good command of English will be an advantage.
• Strong skills in interviewing, news gathering, fact-checking, and report writing.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with established newspapers, news agencies, television channels, or digital media organizations will be preferred.

Job DescriptionCreative News International (CNI) is looking for an experienced, responsible, and skilled Special Correspondent with strong expertise in political, government, and parliamentary reporting.The candidate will be responsible for covering major national developments, Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) Beat, Jatiya Sangsad (Parliament) Beat, government activities, policy decisions, and other important national affairs.Key Responsibilities• Cover the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) Beat and related government activities.
• Cover the Jatiya Sangsad (Parliament/Sangsad) Beat, including parliamentary sessions, committees, lawmakers, and major parliamentary developments.
• Report on government policies, decisions, programmes, and important national issues.
• Attend press briefings, press conferences, parliamentary sessions, political events, government programmes, and other important events.
• Conduct interviews with senior government officials, policymakers, political leaders, Members of Parliament, experts, and other relevant personalities.
• Develop exclusive news stories, special reports, interviews, and analytical content.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with government officials, MPs, political leaders, press officials, and reliable news sources.
• Collect and verify information from reliable sources before publication.
• Identify important and breaking news opportunities and provide timely reports.
• Coordinate with the editorial team regarding news coverage and story development.
• Maintain professional journalism standards, accuracy, objectivity, confidentiality, and ethical reporting practices.
