• Age At least 25 years
• Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in Sales & Marketing within the FMCG or Food & Beverage sector.
• Candidates having hands-on experience in imported food & beverage raw materials/ingredients will be given preference.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build networks with food processing companies and industrial clients.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic sales reporting tools.
• Willingness to conduct regular market visits and field work

Job SummaryFVL – Fatiha Venture LTD., a leading import and distribution company. We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and result-oriented Senior Executive – Sales & Marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing business accounts, and expanding our market presence. Candidates with prior experience in imported food & beverage raw materials and ingredients will be given preference.Job Location: Dhaka (with market visits as required)Key Responsibilities• Sales & Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, prospective B2B clients, and food processing industries to grow revenue.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing food & beverage manufacturers, distributors, and key corporate accounts.
• Product Promotion: Market and promote imported food ingredients, additive raw materials, and beverage supplies to target industries.
• Target Achievement: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by management.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and pricing structure of imported food raw materials to provide actionable insights.
• Order & Collection: Handle order processing, oversee delivery, and ensure timely payment collection from clients.
• Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and present them to upper management.
