Responsibilities

• Create high-quality detailed technical drawings and plans based on designs supplied by architects / designers and make modifications to existing drawings.
• Use a variety of CAD software program to create designs in 2D and 3D models and Photoshop.
• Prepare necessary BOQ, Estimation, Specification and Budget of work.
• Monitor and maintain the quality of work as per design specifications.
• Prepare measurement book and other site-related documentation.
