• Stock management, Goods received and delivery, Maintain Stock, Stock entry.
• Receiving, unpacking, and storing products or materials in appropriate locations, ensuring easy access and efficient use of space.
• Conducting regular stock checks to prevent overstocking or stock outs, and ensuring that the products are in good condition.
• Monitoring stock levels and placing orders for replenishment when necessary, often coordinating with suppliers or management.
• Inspecting goods for quality, and ensuring that damaged or expired items are removed or reported.
• Keeping detailed records of all transactions (in and out) involving stock, including receipts, issues, returns, and adjustments.
• Collaborating with other departments (e.g., procurement, sales) to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of good.
• Good sound knowledge about ERP Software.
• Manages inventory, ensures compliance with GDP (Good Distribution Practice) & GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), and controls the receiving, storage, and dispatch of materials.
• Manages raw material (RM), packing material (PM), and finished goods (FG) inventory.
• Verifies, inspects, and accepts deliveries, ensuring product quality, compliance, and quantity, and ensuring adherence to compliance standards.
• Arranges products on racks/pallets, ensuring proper storage conditions (temperature, humidity, hygiene).
• Prepares and issues or dispatches goods based on purchase orders.
• Maintains meticulous records (physical documents & system-based/ERP), prepares daily/monthly reports, manages damaged/expired products.
• Identifies, documents, and manages expired or damaged products. |
