• Relevant experience in stock market trading, brokerage operations, or capital market activities will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of DSE/CSE trading operations and capital market practices.
• Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant trading/office applications.

Smart Share & Securities Limited is a concern of Smart Group of Industries looking for a qualified and experienced professional to join our team for the following position: Job Responsibilities:• Execute and monitor daily share trading activities in compliance with applicable rules and regulations.
• Monitor trade orders, executions, settlements, and related activities.
• Coordinate with the DSE/CSE and relevant internal departments regarding trading-related matters.
• Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of trading records.
• Monitor market activities and provide relevant updates to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, DSE/CSE regulations, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Handle other trading and operational responsibilities assigned by management.
