• Must be fluent in English (Both speaking & writing)

• Manage and supervise the overall Accounts & Finance activities of the factory.
• Prepare and monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Ensure proper maintenance of books of accounts, ledgers, vouchers, and financial records.
• Manage cash flow, fund requirements, bank transactions, and daily financial operations.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, cash forecasts, and financial planning.
• Ensure timely salary, wages, supplier payments, utility bills, and other statutory payments.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable and ensure proper reconciliation.
• Review payroll, overtime, leave payments, bonuses, and other employee-related payments.
• Prepare monthly management reports, including income/expense analysis and financial performance.
• Ensure proper inventory, production costing, and cost-control procedures.
• Monitor factory expenses and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax/VAT authorities, and other relevant organizations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable tax, VAT, accounting, and financial regulations.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and provide required documents and explanations.
• Establish and maintain effective internal control systems to prevent financial errors and irregularities.
• Verify purchase bills, invoices, payment documents, and supporting records before approval.
• Work closely with HR, Commercial, Merchandising, Production, Store, and Management teams on financial matters.
• Provide accurate financial information and analysis to Senior Management for decision-making.
• Lead and develop the Accounts & Finance team and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Perform other finance and accounting duties assigned by Management.
