We seamlessly connect nationwide patients with partner doctors, hospitals, diagnostic centers, and pharmacies. We are expanding our ground acquisition operations and looking for highly motivated, energetic, and result-oriented professionals to join our corporate growth team.Job Responsibilities• Regularly visit private and government hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and individual doctors to establish strategic healthcare partnerships.
• Build professional institutional relationships and negotiate Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) and corporate partnership agreements with hospital authorities and medical practitioners.
• Collect, compile, and maintain highly accurate doctor professional information, core specializations, consultation fees, chamber schedules, and clinical service details.
• Smoothly onboard new partner hospitals and independent doctors onto the platform system to ensure a robust provider database.
• Coordinate proactively with partner hospitals and doctors regarding incoming patient appointments and daily service availability.
• Maintain consistent communication, trust, and outstanding long-term relationships with existing healthcare partners to prevent churn.
• Identify and capitalize on new strategic partnership opportunities in Dhaka City and gradually scale operations across all 64 districts of Bangladesh.
• Prepare and submit regular, structured reports detailing hospital visits, executive meetings, signed MoUs, newly onboarded partners, and pending follow-ups.
• Regularly visit retail and wholesale pharmacies to verify medicine availability, analyze market pricing lists, and onboard strategic pharmacy partners into our digital pharmacy support ecosystem.
• Willingness to travel extensively within country and when required internationally.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time. |
