• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in tissue culture, preferably involving potato and/or Gerbera.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory management and tissue culture protocols.
• Ability to maintain a clean and sterile laboratory environment.
• Strong staff supervision, communication, and record-keeping skills.
• Willingness to visit production fields as required.

Kisan Botanix Limited produces and distributes potato seeds and Gerbera plantlets from its own tissue culture laboratory. We are looking for a qualified and motivated professional to manage our tissue culture laboratory and support production operations.Key Responsibilities• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the tissue culture laboratory.
• Develop, implement, and improve tissue culture propagation protocols, with a focus on potato and Gerbera.
• Ensure quality control and consistency throughout the propagation process.
• Supervise, train, and guide laboratory staff, ensuring compliance with safety and operating procedures.
• Monitor laboratory inventory and coordinate the procurement of supplies and equipment.
• Identify and resolve technical or biological issues in the tissue culture process.
• Visit production fields regularly to monitor hardening and plantlet growth.
• Maintain accurate laboratory and production records and submit timely reports to management.
