Arkan Al Tameer is looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to lead quality, compliance, and operations for the skill test in Bangladesh.What you will do:• Lead the Compliance and Operations team
• Monitor test centres through inspections and compliance visits
• Identify risks, prepare corrective action plans, and follow up to closure
• Analyze KPIs and performance data, and report to management
• Develop SOPs and tools, and train assessors and test-centre staff
