• Age 25 to 45 years

• Produce 2D and 3D drawings for architecture and interior design.
• Develop complete design packages: concept, plan, elevation, section & detailed working drawings with detailed furniture layout, detailed electrical layout.
• Deliver high-quality interior and exterior renderings with accurate lighting, texture & realism.
• Prepare presentation drawings, illustrations, and walkthroughs using industry-standard tools.
• Conduct weekly site visits to ensure alignment between design and execution.
• Handle design approvals, submission drawings, and cross-departmental coordination.
• Assist in project feasibility, material costing & deadline-oriented planning.
