Experience:• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in the Real Estate/Construction sector.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a General Manager or equivalent head-level position.

As the General Manager (Civil & Construction) and Head of Construction, you will oversee end-to-end execution, structural integrity, and management of multi-storied residential, commercial, and industrial projects featuring 2-3 basements.Core Competencies:• Strong leadership, decision-making, and people-management skills with a positive attitude.
• Advanced site management, organizing, and problem-solving abilities.
• Sound knowledge of structural load calculations, soil test reports, and the Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC), RSC, Architectural & MEP Drawing.
• High level of honesty, integrity, sincerity, and accountability.
• Adaptability to modern construction technologies and creative engineering solutions.
Design & Structural Oversight:• Review, prepare, and modify structural designs, working drawings, and specs using 2D CAD, ETABS, or STAAD.Pro.
• Perform load, stress, and foundation calculations; interpret soil test reports to ensure structural safety.
• Select appropriate, cost-effective, and high-quality construction materials.
Project Management & Execution:• Lead site management, supervising sub-contractors, site engineers, supervisors, and the general workforce.
• Prepare detailed project budgets, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), estimates, and method statements for all execution phases.
• Establish weekly and monthly work schedules to ensure timely delivery according to planned timelines and construction manuals.
Quality Assurance & Compliance:• Ensure all works comply with project specifications, quality standards, local regulations, and the BNBC code of conduct.
• Maintain comprehensive site progress records, contractor work logs, and safety protocols.
Stakeholder Coordination:• Coordinate effectively with architects, consultants, quantity surveyors, planners, and approval authorities.
Innovation & Technology:• Research and implement modern construction methods, tools, and technological advancements to optimize building efficiency.
