What we are looking for• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in international education consultancy, with proven knowledge of Australia, New Zealand and Europe admissions and student visa processes.
• Strong written and spoken English, counselling and presentation skills. IELTS Band 6.5 or above is preferred.
• Expertise on Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and CRM or student management tools, with above average typing speed and strong accuracy.
• Sound knowledge of Photoshop, Canva, Wondershare, Filmora and Meta Business Suite for content and lead management.
• Hand-on experience for digital filing, careful case tracking and responsible use of AI tools for research. |
| Responsibilities |
What you will do• Counsel students and families, assess academic papers & documents, and recommend courses and institutions that aligns with clients.
• Manage applications, offers and enrolment; prepare and review SOP, GS or GTE, financial and visa documents.
• Coordinate with universities and partners, track deadlines and records, and keep applicants informed.
• Support recruitment through campaigns, social content, enquiry follow up stakeholders.
• Manage Scholarship for deserving applicants.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment & use reservation softwares (Amedius and Sabre). |
