• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Professional certification or training in Advanced Excel, Power BI, Data Analytics, or AI will be an advantage.

Key Qualifications:• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including advanced formulas such as Query, Filter, Arrayformula, Importrange, Index/Match, Vlookup, Etc.
• Experience with automation tools such as Google Apps Script is an advantage.
• Experience working with ERP, inventory, or supply-chain systems is preferred.
• Strong experience with Power BI, Data Studio, or similar data visualization tools.
• Working knowledge of structured data management.
• Strong understanding of data analysis, KPI tracking, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Practical knowledge of AI tools and prompt engineering for analytics and productivity.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
Experience Requirements:• 4+ years of relevant experience in Product Planning, MIS, Data Analytics, Business Analysis, or related functions.
• Experience in retail, e-commerce, technology, manufacturing, supply chain, or other data-driven businesses will be preferred.

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Sr. Executive, Product Planning and Analytics to support data-driven product planning, business reporting, forecasting, and decision-making. The role will transform complex business and operational data into actionable insights through advanced analytics, dashboards, automation, and AI-powered solutions.Key Responsibilities:• Analyze product, sales, inventory, production, and operational data to support product planning and business decisions.
• Analyze historical and current data to identify trends, demand patterns, opportunities, risks, and performance gaps.
• Support product planning, forecasting, performance tracking, and data-driven recommendations.
• Develop comparative and trend analysis across products, categories, seasons, channels, and business units.
• Collect, clean, organize, validate, and maintain business and operational datasets.
• Develop advanced reports and analytical models using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Build and maintain automated trackers and structured reporting systems.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, integrity, and timely updates.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI, Data Studio, or similar platforms.
• Create KPI dashboards and management reports to monitor product and business performance.
• Translate business requirements into meaningful reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions.
• Automate repetitive reporting and data-processing activities to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Apply AI tools and prompt engineering for data analysis, research, reporting, forecasting, and workflow optimization.
• Explore AI and cloud-based solutions to improve analytical and planning capabilities.
• Collaborate with Product Planning, Merchandising, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Technology, and other teams to understand data and reporting requirements.
