• Strong command of the Cambridge syllabus and a track record of strong student results
• Prior experience teaching in an English medium or Cambridge curriculum school strongly preferred
• Demonstrated experience managing or mentoring a team of teachers
• Excellent classroom management, leadership, and communication skills
• Strong written and spoken English Preferred
• Familiarity with the Cambridge Professional Development (PD) framework
• Experience with Cambridge exam board liaison and internal audit/accreditation processes

We are hiring Heads of Department for Physics — to lead the respective department, set the academic standard, manage the teaching team, and drive strong O Level and A Level results.Key Responsibilities:• Lead and manage your department, including curriculum planning, teaching standards, and resource allocation
• Set the department's academic vision in line with Cambridge O Level and A Level standards
• Conduct lesson observations and mentor department teachers, ensuring consistency in teaching quality
• Coordinate internal moderation, mock exams, and results analysis across the department
• Manage laboratory resources, equipment, and safety compliance for the department
• Continue to teach O Level and A Level classes directly in your subject
• Report on department performance and student outcomes to the Vice Principal/Principal
• Represent your department in academic leadership and planning meetings
• Communicate with parents on student progress, including during Parent-Teacher Meetings
Cambridge Exam & Lab Supervision• Supervise and administer Cambridge O Level and A Level practical/laboratory examinations in your subject, in strict accordance with Cambridge International exam regulations
• Coordinate lab exam logistics — equipment setup, invigilation, and candidate management — for all practical assessment components
• Serve as the department's primary liaison with the Exams Officer/Academic Coordinator for Cambridge exam entries and practical exam registration
