This role offers the chance to apply your expertise in a dynamic, multi-cultural environment and contributing significantly to our business development.PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES• Identify, approach, and acquire new clients for Import/Export.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and growth.
• Provide freight quotations, negotiate rates, and close sales deals.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPI’S.
• Collaborate with operations and customer service team.
• Provides weekly and monthly performance metrics to the sales Director
• Performs for other duties including sales presentations, developing deliverables, coordinating implementation, creating and adding to existing marketing materials where appropriate.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
