The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering theoretical and practical nursing education, supervising clinical practice, and supporting the academic and professional development of nursing students.*Job Responsibilities*• Conduct theoretical classes and practical demonstrations for nursing students.
• Supervise students during clinical placements in hospital wards and other clinical settings.
• Prepare lesson plans, lecture materials, clinical schedules, and teaching aids.
• Develop and evaluate assignments, examinations, clinical assessments, and student performance.
• Demonstrate nursing procedures, patient care techniques, and infection prevention practices.
• Ensure students follow professional ethics, patient safety standards, and nursing protocols.
• Maintain attendance records, academic documents, clinical logbooks, and assessment reports.
• Guide students in developing clinical skills, communication, and professional competence.
• Coordinate with faculty members and clinical supervisors to ensure effective teaching and learning.
