• Handle corporate and individual clients professionally.
• Generate new leads through calls, networking, social media, and other channels.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Arrange and conduct property visits with potential clients.
• Maintain regular communication and follow up with prospects.
• Negotiate with clients and support the sales process from inquiry to closing.
• Maintain proper records of leads, client communication, and sales activities.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
