• Age At most 37 years
• 3–7 years of relevant experience in HVAC Sales, Technical Sales, Business Development, or related fields.
• Experience in HVAC, BAS, MEP, Fire Protection, or Facility Management industries will be preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and client-handling skills.
• Good understanding of HVAC products, systems, and technical solutions.
• Strong client relationship and business development skills.
• Ability to prepare quotations, proposals, sales reports, and presentations.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.

Currently, we are looking for an energetic and hardworking person who has the potential and attitude to be a proud member of Aegis Services Ltd.Department: Building Automation SystemKey Responsibilities:• Develop sales strategies, achieve targets, identify new opportunities, and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, developers, and key decision-makers through regular visits and follow-ups.
• Understand technical and commercial requirements and recommend suitable HVAC solutions, with strong knowledge of chilled water, VRF, chillers, cooling towers, pumps, ventilation, and cleanroom systems.
• Coordinate with Design and Engineering teams to develop cost-effective HVAC solutions and deliver technical/product presentations and proposals.
• Coordinate client meetings with the Head of Business and work with internal teams for smooth execution of sales and operational activities.
• Maintain updated sales pipeline and opportunity records and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and regularly review sales targets, pipeline, and performance to address gaps.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, emerging HVAC technologies, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
