Responsibilities
• Communicate with international clients through email and other communication channels.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely responses.
• Maintain client databases and follow-up lists.
• Check and respond to client emails and coordinate with the production team.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and documents.
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
• Follow up with clients to ensure proper resolution and satisfaction.
