• 5–8 years of practical experience in HR, Administration, Compliance, or Garment/Textile Industry.
• Experience in factory HR & Compliance and buyer/social compliance audits will be preferred.
Additional Requirements• Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law and Labor Rules.
• Good knowledge of social compliance requirements and international buyer standards.
• Practical experience in social/compliance audit preparation and CAP follow-up.
• Good knowledge of HR documentation and employee management.
• Strong communication, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English and Bangla, both written and spoken.
• Good computer skills, especially MS Word and Excel.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

| Responsibilities |
Job Responsibilities• Manage overall HR and Compliance activities of the organization.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, company rules, and labor law requirements.
• Handle manpower planning, recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee records.
• Manage attendance, leave, overtime, personal files, HR reports, and management information.
• Handle employee discipline, grievances, counseling, conflict resolution, and workplace behavior.
• Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law, Labor Rules, and other applicable regulations.
• Prepare and coordinate factory social compliance audits for buyers and external auditors.
• Conduct regular internal compliance inspections, identify gaps, and prepare Corrective Action Plans (CAP).
• Follow up on audit findings and ensure corrective and preventive actions are completed on time.
• Monitor health, safety, fire safety, emergency preparedness, PPE, first aid, and workplace conditions.
• Coordinate with Fire Service, DIFE, Department of Environment, and other relevant authorities.
• Ensure proper worker welfare facilities, including canteen, transport, sanitation, drinking water, toilets, and other facilities.
• Implement ethical workplace requirements, including anti-harassment, non-discrimination, child labor, forced labor, and worker rights.
• Conduct employee orientation, training, awareness, and compliance programs.
• Coordinate with Production, QA/QC, Admin, Accounts, Security, and other departments for HR and compliance matters.
• Maintain compliance documents, registers, certificates, and confidential employee/company information.
• Prepare HR and Compliance reports and provide updates to management.
• Perform other HR and Compliance duties assigned by management. |
