Experience• 7 to 12 years of relevant experience in Administration, Office Management or Corporate Operations.
• Candidates with experience in managing office administration, employees, facilities, vehicles and vendors will be preferred.
• Ex-Army personnel will be given preference.

• Manage the overall administration and day-to-day office operations of the company.
• Ensure smooth, disciplined and efficient functioning of the office.
• Maintain employee attendance, leave records and other necessary administrative records.
• Coordinate monthly attendance, leave, conveyance and manpower-related reports.
• Handle employee-related administrative matters and maintain workplace discipline.
• Support management in maintaining a professional and productive work environment.
• Coordinate employee joining formalities, documentation and other administrative processes.
• Maintain and update employee records, official documents and administrative files.
• Manage office facilities, maintenance, utilities, office supplies and equipment.
• Manage company vehicles/fleet, including vehicle scheduling, driver coordination, servicing and related documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers, service providers, vendors and other external parties.
• Monitor office security, cleanliness, safety and overall workplace facilities.
• Coordinate management meetings, seminars, exhibitions and other official events.
• Support management in implementing company policies, procedures and administrative systems.
• Prepare regular administrative reports and provide necessary updates to management.
• Coordinate administrative activities across three group entities as required.
• Handle official correspondence and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor administrative expenses and ensure proper documentation of related bills and records.
• Identify administrative issues and take necessary action to ensure smooth office operations.
• Prepare and maintain reports, letters, notices, documents, and presentations using MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Perform any other administrative duties assigned by the management. |
