The company also operates Doctors AI BD, a digital-skills academy for medical students and professionals at ictdictionary.com, and provides custom software development, AI integration, and digital marketing services. Vita Flow Technology is a registered Bangladeshi company headquartered in Dhaka, working at the intersection of health-tech, education, and applied AI.Role DescriptionThe Operations & Growth Associate is a full-time role based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, combining office and field work. This position supports the growth of Carenika AI and the company's education programs, focusing on user onboarding, workshop operations, and digital campaigns. Day-to-day responsibilities include onboarding doctors to the platform over the phone and through in-person chamber visits, running online workshops (email invitations, registration management, reminders, and Zoom setup), managing Facebook ad campaigns and tracking daily performance numbers, editing short promotional videos using CapCut, and building and maintaining contact databases of doctors and medical colleges. The Associate will report weekly to the Managing Director, help identify friction points in the product, and contribute directly to user growth targets. The role offers a three-month probation period, after which salary review and a growth path including a profit-share discussion for strong performers will follow.Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills and genuine comfort in speaking with strangers, both over the phone and face-to-face, as doctor onboarding is the core of this role.
Candidates should possess basic operational skills, including coordination, scheduling, follow-up discipline, and accurate record-keeping in spreadsheets.
Candidates should possess practical digital skills email tools, Zoom, Google Sheets/Excel, and Facebook and must know CapCut (or similar) video editing.
Candidates should possess effective communication skills in both Bangla and English, written and verbal.
Candidates should possess a service mindset: responsiveness, patience, and commitment to helping non-technical users (doctors) adopt new technology.
A bachelor's degree in any discipline is required; CSE/IT background is beneficial but not mandatory.
Basic Laravel/PHP knowledge is an advantage, not a requirement.
Freshers are strongly encouraged to apply attention to detail, eagerness to learn, and willingness to do field visits in Dhaka matter more than experience.
