    • Minimum 4 - 5 years of relevant practical experience in commercial, order processing, warehouse, inventory, or supply chain operations.
    • Experience in inbound/outbound order processing and shipment coordination.
    • Practical experience handling Local and Back-to-Back L/Cs, including L/C scrutiny, discrepancy identification, and amendment/correction procedures.
    • Sound knowledge of bonded warehouse compliance, import-export procedures, and relevant Customs and Bond documentation.
    • Strong knowledge of hazardous (DG) and non-hazardous (Non-DG) chemical handling and textile chemicals.
    • Proficiency in ERP, WMS, or other relevant inventory management systems.
    • Understanding of apparel/textile industry practices and supply chain operations.
    • Good negotiation skills and strong Bengali and business-level English communication skills.

  • Responsibilities : Job ContextA reputed Japanese textile-chemical company operating in Bangladesh is seeking competent professionals to support its chemical business operations at BSEZ, Araihazar, Narayanganj. The company is engaged in the import, export, storage, distribution, and supply of textile chemicals and related chemical products.-Selected candidates will support commercial, order-processing, bonded-warehouse, inventory, and supply-chain activities based on their experience and suitability. The role requires close coordination with customers, banks, Customs and Bond authorities, warehouses, logistics service providers, and internal departments to ensure safe, compliant, accurate, and timely business operations.-Key Responsibilities
    • Receive and process customer orders and coordinate inbound/outbound shipment activities.
    • Issue shipment instructions and prepare invoices, packing lists, delivery challans, and other commercial documents.
    • Review and scrutinize L/C terms, identify discrepancies, and coordinate necessary amendments or corrections.
    • Handle Local and Back-to-Back L/C-related documentation and follow up on payment realization.
    • Manage bonded warehouse, import-export, Customs, Bond, and other relevant regulatory documentation.
    • Ensure compliance with bonded warehouse regulations, import-export procedures, and chemical handling requirements.
    • Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock information through ERP/WMS.
    • Monitor stock movement, conduct inventory reconciliation, and support inventory reporting and system controls.
    • Coordinate with banks, customers, internal departments, and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth commercial and supply chain operations.
