Respond to customer inquiries professionally via email, phone, and online communication channels.
Receive customer service inquiries and complaints, and prepare job cards accordingly.
Identify customer needs, provide appropriate information, and coordinate with the relevant department for resolution.
Provide accurate product information and guidance to customers.
Maintain customer records, service documentation, and related files accurately.
Welcome and assist clients visiting the office, and present company products professionally.
Perform any other duties assigned by management as required
