We are looking for a responsible and experienced Project Store & Inventory Officer to manage, control and maintain construction and finishing materials at our ongoing residential project.Key Responsibilities• Receive, inspect, and record project materials.
• Maintain proper storage, security, and stock records.
• Issue materials against approved requisitions only.
• Maintain flat/unit-wise material records.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconciliation.
• Monitor material wastage, damage, and loss.
• Prepare daily/monthly inventory reports.
• Maintain all store-related documents and records.
