Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Medical Services Department.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered healthcare services.
Coordinate with consultants, medical officers, nursing services, and other departments to maintain smooth clinical operations.
Develop, implement, and monitor hospital clinical policies, protocols, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Monitor quality indicators and conduct clinical audits to improve patient safety and healthcare outcomes.
Ensure compliance with national healthcare regulations, hospital accreditation standards, and internal policies.
Lead and coordinate infection prevention, patient safety, and quality improvement initiatives.
Investigate clinical incidents, patient complaints, and recommend corrective actions.
