• Graduation/ Post-Graduation from any reputed university.
• Major in Marketing or a related discipline will be preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to design and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies that drive business growth.
• Strong understanding of media sales, advertising trends, and brand communication.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Experience • Minimum 4–7 years of proven experience in Sales and Marketing.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the media or advertising industry.

Key Responsibilities• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and secure advertising and sponsorship deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media agencies, advertisers, and brand clients.
• Plan, execute, and coordinate marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to support strategic decisions.
• Prepare and present sales reports, proposals, and client presentations.
• Coordinate closely with production and programming teams to align marketing initiatives with content strategies.
