• Oversee daily operations of the feed mill.
• Supervise and manage the production team, ensuring efficiency, quality control, and adherence to health and safety standards. Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce downtime.
• Monitor and manage feed formulation to ensure consistency and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure all feed products meet quality and safety regulations and standards. Maintain and improve preventive maintenance programs for equipment.
• Prepare and analyze production reports, identifying areas for optimization
• Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods.
