| Responsibilities |

Reporting Head: QA ManagerLocation: Nikunjo 2, Dhaka.Job Description:- Conduct pre-production, inline, and final inspections of garments and textile products.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with buyer specifications and quality standards.
- Ensure AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) standards are maintained during inspections
- Identify quality defects and analyze root causes.
- Coordinate with factories to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure compliance with customer quality manuals and technical requirements.
- Prepare and submit inspection reports accurately and on time.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource requirements and skills
- Maintain quality records, inspection data, and corrective action reports.
- Ensure products comply with buyer requirements, international standards, and company policies.
- Monitor factory compliance regarding quality procedures and product safety requirements.
- Support buyer audits and factory assessments when required.
