We are seeking dynamic, smart, and multitasking individuals to join our team as a Sr. Architect of Design and Development Department.Job Responsibilities:
Design Leadership
Develop innovative and most modern interior concepts aligned with client requirements.
Oversee space planning, layouts, and design detailing.
Ensure designs balance aesthetics, functionality, and cost-effectiveness.
Ensure technical support and co-ordination with vendors.
Site Monitoring & Supervision
Conduct accurate site measurements to inform design and execution.
Visit project sites regularly to monitor progress and resolve design-related issues.
Ensure site conditions match design specifications.
Material Selection & Client Coordination
Collaborate with clients to select appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings.
Provide guidance on quality, durability, and cost of materials.
Maintain records of client-approved selections for project documentation.
Project Oversight
Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants.
Ensure smooth execution from design to handover.
Client Engagement
Lead client meetings and presentations.
Translate client vision into practical design solutions.
Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Team Leadership
Mentor junior architects and interior designers.
Review design outputs and provide constructive feedback.
Foster a collaborative and creative studio environment.
