Must Have.
Fluent English with outstanding spoken communication and clear accent neutrality. IELTS minimum Band 7.0 (or equivalent) highly recommended.
Must live within commutable distance from Panthapath area.
2+ years experience in sales and/or call centre roles (target-driven).
Proven record of meeting/exceeding strict KPIs and conversion targets.
Strong discovery, objection handling, and closing skills.
Solid CRM discipline; proficient with phone, email, and WhatsApp.
Availability to work Canadian time zone; flexibility for schedule changes.
Professionalism, resilience, and a growth mindset.
Nice to Have
Proficiency with HubSpot CRM (or similar) is a plus.
Experience in education recruitment or international student advisory.

Responsibilities
:
Convert allocated leads into enrolments via calls/video calls, WhatsApp, email, and SMS follow-ups.
To consult with the students and guardians about admission procedures for selected countries.
Creating and managing customers, maintaining visitors database and regular follow-up.
Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
Maintain strict confidentiality about customer information, as per required students necessary documents, received emails and application process.
Keeping up to date with immigration laws for UK, Aus, Canada, Europe etc.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling
Organize events including meetings, seminars, workshops, and focus groups, and produce subsequent reports & presentations.
Assist in preparing various reports on consulting
Participating on Social Media LIVE session when required
Multi-tasking ability and great sense of humor
