Core Job ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for: • Designing User Experiences: Understand user needs, business requirements and complex workflows, and translate them into simple, intuitive and effective user experiences across web and mobile applications.
• Creating User Interfaces: Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes and final interfaces using Figma and other relevant UI/UX tools, while applying usability, accessibility, visual design and UI/UX best practices.
• Product Development & Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product teams and other stakeholders to communicate design decisions, contribute to product requirements and features, consider technical feasibility, and support successful implementation.
• Design Improvement & User Feedback: Conduct or support user research, gather feedback from users and stakeholders, refine designs based on insights, contribute to UX/product content and documentation, and identify opportunities to improve the overall user experience. |
