The selected candidate will be responsible for strengthening internal controls, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, evaluating operational efficiency, and supporting financial transparency within the hospital.Job Description:
Conduct internal audits of financial, operational, and administrative activities.
Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and compliance procedures.
Prepare audit plans, working papers, audit observations, and final audit reports.
Review financial statements, accounting records, vouchers, and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Identify operational risks, financial irregularities, and control weaknesses, and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, accounting standards, tax, VAT, and other applicable laws and regulations.
Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and follow up on corrective actions.
Coordinate with Accounts, Finance, HR, Procurement, Billing, and other departments during audit assignments.
Support management in improving operational efficiency and strengthening governance practices.
Perform any other audit-related responsibilities assigned by the management.
