• SSC / Vocational / Trade Course Certificate in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (from a recognized institute).

• 2 to 5 years

• Age At most 30 years
Experience Requirements• 2–5 years of experience in refrigeration and AC maintenance (industrial/commercial preferred).
• Experience in operating a refrigeration plant.
• Experience in Ammonia refrigeration systems will be an advantage.
Additional Requirements• Must have practical knowledge of HVAC systems and refrigeration cycles.
• Knowledge of electrical wiring & controls will be an added advantage.
• Willingness to work in shifts and under pressure.

We are committed to excellence, innovation, and sustainable growth, offering a dynamic and challenging environment for professionals to thrive.Job Responsibilities• Installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of refrigeration and air conditioning systems (Chillers, Cold Rooms, HVAC units, CO2 storage, AC, etc.).
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of refrigeration & AC equipment.
• Diagnose faults and repair compressors, condensers, evaporators, expansion valves, piping, and controls.
• Ensure proper refrigerant charging, leak detection, and recovery as per safety standards.
• Maintain logbooks and report equipment performance regularly.
• Support energy efficiency and ensure compliance with safety & environmental standards.
Work Environment• This is a full-time, plant-based position at the Cumilla facility.
• The role may require working in shifts, including nights and weekends, and being available for on-call duties to respond to emergency situations.
• The work involves a combination of hands-on troubleshooting and desk-based planning.
