| Responsibilities |

Prepare and maintain accounting documents, statements and records accurately Prepare and maintain daily expenditures, vouchers and cash/bank transactions Prepare management reports and financial analysis as required Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities Perform bank, vendor and customer account reconciliations Review and check bills/vouchers/invoices and other supporting documents Conducting day to day accounts of the company and ensuring regular voucher posting Maintain proper accounting, VAT, Tax and other Laws & Regulations related documentation Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas and constantly update job knowledge Proper documentation and file management Perform any other relevant duties assigned by the supervisor
