• Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, social media, and walk-in visits.
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive rates and maximize profitability.
• Maintain accurate booking records and customer information.
• Promote tour packages through digital platforms and sales campaigns.
• Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after travel.
• Any other duties related to the assigned responsibilities, as directed by the management. |
