• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Interior Design, HVAC System, Building & Construction Materials

• Age 22 to 36 years
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras (Sony Alpha, Canon Cinema, or equivalent), gimbals, macro lenses, and audio gear. Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom) or DaVinci Resolve.
• Visual Eye: Deep understanding of camera angles, spatial composition, interior lighting balance (mixing artificial and natural light), and color theory.
• Portfolio Required: A strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating video editing capabilities, cinematic framing, interior/architectural photography, and social media reels.
• Language: Fluent in Bengali; proficient in English (written and spoken) to communicate with an international, cross-border team.

• On-Site Photography & Videography: Plan and capture high-resolution photos and videos across our Experience Center, private client estates, commercial project sites, and corporate events.
• Showroom & Spatial Imagery: Produce architectural, interior design, and detail-oriented shots of premium building materials (marbles, sintered stones, custom finishes, and smart lighting).
• Cinematic Video Editing: Edit high-quality, full-length content for YouTube, TikTok, other social media platform, website features, showcase presentations, and digital advertising campaigns.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to align content calendars with blog releases, product launches, and experience center events.
