Responsibilities
:
Bangladesh Association for Community Education (BACE) is a Non-govt. organization established in 1977 working at different district of Bangladesh. BACE is searching for an experienced "Accounts Officer" for BACE Head Office. This is a regular post and year to year contract basis subject to the assessment of higher authority of BACE. Job Responsibilities
Maintain & prepare voucher, cash book & ledger following by organization financial policy.
Manage petty cash, bank deposits, cheque preparation and bank reconciliation.
Record all transaction in accounting software.
Maintain accurate documentation of receipts, invoices, bills and supporting papers.
Assist to prepare regular financial reports as per need of the donor, MRA and NGOAB.
Assist to purchasing all goods in competitive price and according to financial policy of BACE.
Monitor payments for utilities and other procurement.
Ensure effective communication with staff, govt. official and local govt. authority.
Support external and internal audits through proper documentation.
Ensure all statutory requirements are met regarding VAT and Tax.
Perform any additional tasks assigned by the management.
Other Facilities
:
Salary 30,000 to 35,000 according to the experience and requisite qualifications.
